Description:
Candidates will be responsible for independently taking a subsystem all the way from design to implementation and test. This will require technical strength and the ability to interact with the team to insure subsystems are integrated with the overall system.
Candidates will require excellent communications skills in Mandarin and average communication skills in English to be able to translate system requirements to actual software design and to effectively understand, debug and correct problems faced by the teams in China and the USA .
Candidates will require knowledge of standard software development processes and methodologies, and have a high commitment to software quality. Hands-on experience with embedded processors and RTOS, C and assembler languages, with exposure to developing and debugging low-level (interrupts/hardware-access) multitasking/multiprocessing, shared-memory and message-passing programming is required as well as exposure to use of emulators, BDMs, logic-analyzers, etc.
A bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or computer science is required, with experience in SONET, IP/OSI/datacomm stacks and protocols, OSE and/or VxWorks, and PowerPC highly desired.

应聘者应具有电子或计算机本科或以上学历，有 SONET/IP/OSI/ 数据通讯协议方面的知识， OSE/VxWorks 或 powerPC 方面经验更佳。 |
