Description:
Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience working with telecommunications systems, architectures, and services. Each candidate must possess a thorough understanding of one or more of the following; Ethernet, Ethernet-Over-SONET, PPP, IP, TCP, routing, TL-1, or SNMP.
Candidates must have excellent communications skills in Mandarin and average communication skills in English to be able to define and specify system-level requirements in a manner that the development organization can interpret, understand, and implement.
A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or computer science is required, with a master's or Ph.D. degree preferred.
