Job Description:
A Manufacturing test engineer at White Rock Networks is responsible for guaranteeing specific product platforms are tested from an ICT, Functional, System, and extended temperature perspective. The goal is to achieve 100% coverage and confidence that the production product shipped will work as intended under product requirement guidelines. The Manufacturing test Engineer position requires the engineer to be familiar with telecommunications protocols such as SONET, Ethernet, DS3, and DS1 as well as basic IP and LAN network topologies.
Preferred Experience:
1. BS degree or above,3~6 years technical experience in a similar or equivalent position ， diversified technical and practical knowledge of manufacturing and production testing
2. Subject matter expert for the product functionality and assessment of functional design intent to the manufacturing community.
3. Strong organizational leadership, control and problem solving skills
4. Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills in both Chinese and English
5. Demonstrate ability to develop communication software that uses an RS-232 connection. This would include creating the necessary software drivers.
6. Software programming skills should include at least one of the following Visual C/C++, JAVA, Tcl/TK, or LabVIEW
7. Having experience of Networks and Tele-Communications testing is preferred. |
