Job Description:
1,Plan and coordinate NPI and production builds with contract manufacturers
2,Work with contract manufacturers to correct/resolve SMT and box assembly issues without affecting quality, functionality, or the delivery schedule.
3,Review Engineering Change Orders and coordinate implementation with the contract manufacturer
4,Manage project schedules with suppliers and the USA Manufacturing and Engineering staff
5,Maintain build schedules between one or more contract manufacturers and report weekly status
6,Identify risks and provide potential solutions or mitigation action steps manufacturing or engineering staff
7,Assist the Master Scheduler as necessary to meet the product build schedule
8,Coordinate with the Test and Quality Managers to ensure appropriate test and quality activities are developed and implemented for each manufactured product
9,Write procedures/instructions in English
10,Responsible for setting up RFQ packages for partial or full turn key manufacturing assemblies.
11,Spearhead cost down activities with the contract manufacturers and suppliers
12,Work with minimal supervision because this persons manager will reside in the USA
13,Develop and maintain manufacturing metrics to report production, cost, quality, and delivery. Establish performance and delivery criteria.
14,Work closely with the design engineers to ensure DFM issues are addressed and low cost manufacturing principles are implemented
15,Other duties may include interviewing, hiring, training, and performance appraisals
16,Participate and contribute to PCB and mechanical design reviews
Candidate Specifications
1,Thorough knowledge and strong experience of current SMT manufacturing processes and equipment, box build assemblies, and manufacturing test processes.--5 year
2,Strong project management skills.--5 year
3,Must be able to speak and write English very well.
4,Oracle and Microsoft Project experience.
5,Knowledge and understanding of ISO9001/2000 Standard and its requirements.--2 year
6,Knowledge/experience of telecommunications and Tellcordia standards.
7,Excellent organization skills

职位要求 :

2. 能够对要投入规模生产的产品功能性问题及功能设计的评估提供专业的解决方案
3. 优秀的组织领导力和问题解决技巧
4. 优秀的中英文沟通及分析能力
5. 具有运用 RS-232 串口连接开发通讯软体 , 包括创建一些必要的驱动的能力
6. 至少拥有熟练运用以下任意一种语言的编程能力 (VC/C++, JAVA, Tcl/TK 或 LabVIEW)
7. 有网络和电子通讯测试经验者优先 |
