Description :

· Focal point between SCB and the Operation Team

· Ensure service deliverables meet SLA

· Manage all operation issues

· Maintain SCB satisfaction

· Mobilize JOS back office engineer pool

· Service quality review with SCB

· Prepare reports and improvement plans

· Manage Change/Request service job

· Supervise support team in Shanghai

· Co-ordinate joint call with other support team

· Technical leader

· Conduct monthly Process and Performance Review meeting

· Manage Monthly Performance reports

· Maintain server equipment inventory
