Description :

· Supervise team engineers on support service and ad-hoc tasks

· Supervise support team for N. & S. China except Shanghai correspondingly

· Provide 2nd level technical support

· Daily process management and document control

· Manage back end support and vendor escalation

· Monitor and update server call status

· Resilient support for Service Manager with backup by Network Engineer in Pudong
