Lithium Technologies, a leader in on-demand community and social-networking software for enterprise customers, is seeking three senior software engineers to help build its development operations in China . Lithium is a private company based in Emeryville , California , USA , whose customers include Dell, Sony, Univision, and Nokia.   Senior Software engineers will work on back-end components of Lithium's community management platform, which is based on J2EE. They will be jointly responsible, along with the North American development team, for the overall platform that Lithium Technologies delivers to its customers. Specific responsibilities will include:
1、 Building the next generation of community and social networking technologies for the enterprise market using Web 2.0 principles.
2、 Lead a small team of 2-3 engineers, providing technical mentorship, training, and direction. 3、 Interface with Lithium's USA engineering counterparts by e-mail, Skype, and IM.
